This hotel provided us with everything we needed for a pleasant business trip. The location was great, with direct access to a 24-hour convenience store from the lobby. Our room was clean and cozy, with multi-functioned AC and a separate toilet from the bathroom. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing cleaning and towel replacement services upon request. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea dispenser and ice water.

One small issue was the lack of space in our room. We had booked a twin room to accommodate three people, and even with an extra bed, it was a bit cramped to move around and store our luggage.

The room was very clean, and the location in Umeda district is definitely worth a visit.

All in all, it was incredible base for traveling to Osaka. Got superior twin room as expected, greatly enjoyed it. The restaurant was located within 900 feet.

there were complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby which were a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located near a shopping center and restaurants which made it easy for us to find a place to celebrate. Lastly, the room was clean and well-maintained.

There were a few things we didn't like about this hotel. the room was very small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around.

The room was equipped with amenities that made me feel at home during my stay. The hotel had a back massager which was great for relaxing after a long day out. The location was also very convenient as it was near many restaurants and shops.

The room was extremely tiny with barely enough space to move, which made me feel quite claustrophobic towards the end of my stay. The air conditioning wasn't easy to control and it got too hot during the night.

The hotel had a good location near transportation and a convenience store, making it easy to buy snacks and water. The staff were able to communicate in English and were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The option of collecting essentials from the lobby before heading to the room is unique and convenient, ensuring that guests have everything they need. this place is excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

I was blown away by the tech-savvy amenities at Daiwa. I loved being able to keep an eye on my laundry from the TV and easily see if a washer was available. The amenities bar was a nice touch, with a variety of lotions to try and even a much-needed hair tie. The hotel's modernity and healthy breakfast made for a great stay. Plus, the location, just an 8-minute walk from Osaka station, was perfect. The convenience of having a supermarket right next to the hotel was a bonus.
